On March 12th the Special Education Advisory Council of Moorestown held their annual conference at the Upper Elementary School.  The council’s motto is “Embracing similarities…celebrating differences.”  Kennedy was very excited when she received an invite by Patty Atkinson, an active member, to sell her bracelets at the event.  During the conference Maura Rafferty delivered some very kind words of Kennedy and family to the audience explaining her purpose of being there that day.  Soon after Maura’s speech we sold out of bracelets and began taking orders!  The table had been donated by the council which allowed us to donate almost $400 to The Vascular Anomalies Center that day.
